Soup N' Chew Quinoa Soup: Filling and low-cal

I've been promoting my Soup N' Chew recently since bikini season is around the corner! I developed it because I had such a hard time finding a really nutritious plan to recommend to my friends and those who did not want to pay for my personalized plans that was:

  • easy to cook
  • yummy
  • had all the right ingredients to kick-start your journey to THE DREAM body...

So I created my own, downloadable and affordable 5-day Soup N' Chew!

Here's a free recipe here on my blog because it is my favorite and it really has had such a great impact on my friend's and clients's day to day eating that I had to share with everyone. 

 

QUINOA VEGGIE SOUP C - LUNCH (MAKES 4 SERVINGS)

Chop and cook in 1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil over medium heat for 8 minutes:

  • 2 zucchini
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 3 broccoli
  • 2 celery sticks 5 baby carrots 1 tsp turmeric

Then, add 1 cup tricolor quinoa and 4 cups vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes. Add salt to taste. When ready to eat garnish with 1⁄2 lemon juice, 1⁄2 cubed avocado.
