Yes, i cannot live without sweet in my life.. or Matcha (as you can see)  so this time, i made a batch and kept in the fridge for a week, ideal for a quick breakfast, snack or dessert. Chia seeds had earned a lot of popularity because of it´s high nutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, calcium, proteins, omega-3 and it´s considered a superfood. Another great benefit is that when combined with a liquid they become a gel releasing it´s soluble fiber and make us feel satisfied for longer periods of time. This is my favorite, but you can use whichever other fruit, milk or spice to get a different flavor. Enjoy!

Yield: 4 small #MasonJars 

1 tbsp. Organic Chia Seed
1 tbsp. Organic Golden Flax Seed
1 tbsp. Organic Shelled Hemp Seed
1 tbsp. Organic Amaranth
1 tbsp. Organic Sliced Almonds
1 tbsp. Organic Agave Sweetener or Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp. Organic Flake Coconut
12 Pz. Berries
8 Pz. Raspberries
1 scoop. Vegetal Protein (Vanilla, Coconut or Almond flavor) 
3 tbsp. Matcha Green Tea
1 1/2 cup. Rice Milk
1 1/2 cup. Almond Milk

Mix the seeds, almonds, coconut and put them into the jar. Add the berries. 
Blend togheter milks, sugar or agave, protein and matcha.
Add to each jar and cover.
Freeze overnight and enjoy!
