Sweet Quinoa for Breakfast

I always have a batch of cooked quinoa and tons of fruits from the farmer's market - so I made this delicious sweet quinoa for breakfast recipe. I like to eat it warm, but my friend tried it the other day and she said it was delicious cold! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 
  • 5 cashews 
  • 1 tsp stevia 
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
