For some people it's coffee they need in the morning or else they can't function. For me, that would be my breakfast smoothies.
These two are my favorite to-go recipes to start my day with lots of energy and a punch to accelerate my metabolism.
The secret is always having the ingredients available or you can always make some substitutions to them, however, if you are having this as breakfast be sure to add:
- 1 fruit
- 1 veggie
- 1 scoop vegetable protein, Spirulina, Maca powder or Hemp seeds.
- 1 good fat such as coconut oil, cashew butter or avocado
- 1 cup milk (almond, coconut or rice)
- 1 tbsp booster (Matcha, Chia seeds, Powdered Açai)
